What Will Be Your Work?
This is a Technical Support and Service Desk role. Employees will interact with customers and help resolve common technical problems.
The work may include:
- Handling customer queries through calls and emails.
- Providing L1/L2 technical support.
- Troubleshooting desktop and system-related issues.
- Assisting users with password reset and account unlock requests.
- Supporting Microsoft Outlook, Teams and other Microsoft 365 applications.
- Handling basic Windows and desktop troubleshooting.
- Providing support for VPN, remote access and connectivity issues.
- Recording incidents and updating issue details in the service desk system.
